yesterday i ate 1140 calories, ran 3 miles, did 50 laps in the pool (back and forth=one lap), and i did a 20 minute bikeride. why is this such a bad example? i was so incredibly proud of myself but to some people on this site i'm not doing well enough. what more can i do to be a good example?

It's not even that serious....you aRE doing FINE! u ate aprrox 1200 cals thats good enuff...good luck

Your doing good, expect you need about 200 more calories. just have a little bit of ice cream after dinner or something like that. otherwise great job!

Basically you didn't eat enough you should eat min. of 1200 calories and with the amount of exerise you should eat 1500-2000 if you think that is too much and you can't stomach that treat yourself to some ice cream or a nice filling pb and j sandwich or have a regular soda pop.
