This topic is sooo confusing for me. Sit ups/crunches. Do they blast belly fat, or just grow muscle under it? Some people say it has flattened their stomach, and agrees with that, while others claim that it does nothing but make your stomach appeal more bulky because the muscle building. I just want to know which is right so i know what to do! :P

the reason we exercise is to form muscle that will blast fat. otherwise you are eating yourself up, i assume.
