I lost 4 pounds this week! I am so happy. I tried this diet that my friend told me about. For bkfst. u can eat carbs. I would eat a bagel with peanut butter and jelly, or a small turkey sandwich. Then for lunch, IF I WAS HUNGRY, I would eat salad or fruit. For dinner, I would eat a big salad with alot of stuff in it, this way it would fill me up. Just think, u can add olives, onions, tomatoes, peppers...plus protein like cheese and meat. I did this for a week. I wanted to try it out for the heck of it to see how it worked for me. It worked great. The carbs in the morning kept me filled for a while. Sometimes I didn't even need lunch. But when I did feel a little hungry in the afternoon, I would eat a small salad or some fruit. That kept me good till dinner. I was so happy when I saw the weight loss, cause I felt full all day and I thought maybe I'd lose like 1-2 lbs. I love this new diet. I know that by having the carbs in the morning, it helps u not to crave carbs throughout the day, and it is also easier to burn off throughout the day. Lemme know what u think. And u can try it also, it really works. P.s. I drank water or any kind of diet beverage in the noon. In the morning, I'd have milk or coffee! Good luck! And try to exercise also! xoxoxo

Hey, I actually weighted myself. I did feel the results as well. I was so happy. Try it, it's not a bad diet at all. Good luck! Megan, I love salads too, that helped me alot!

I did similar things a while back, and yes it does work. =) I love salads so it was easy for me to stick to.
