Hey, I've had a weight problem for 3 years. I was so close to reach my goal but then I went on a cruise and after that I started gaining my weight back. I'm only a few pounds away from where I started. I've been trying to workout and eat right. But I have 2 jobs right now so it's really hard! I really need advice on how to get back on track! Please help me!!!

For starters giving up sodas will help. Cutting back on what you eat and how much you eat, exercising as little as walking 2miles 5 days a week. Goodluck =)
