hi its been a while since i posted a messege.. well i have a problem well i aways say that im going in a diet then i end up not doing it i have a problem to stickn with my diet and well the ppl around me dont help like for example im the only person in the house who is on it and i c other ppl who eat pizza and other things that are not resticted with the diet and i want to eat it instead.. im and5'3,5'4 143 pounds and i want to lose at least 10 15 before school starts in the middle of augest. well if any one has a diet plan and suggestions for my problem email me or im at amc_corona28@yahoo.com thank u for ur time....

Its hard to stick to a diet when you give up everything. Main thing is control..if u want pizza eat one piece and maybe some salad to fill you up, and drink plenty of water. Start walking, or jogging at least 2miles a day to help burn off the pizza and other fatty foods. Soon you'll start losing pounds and inches and you'll feel great about yourself. Goodluck. =)
