HEY YALL!!!!!!!WELL I LOST 15LBS!!!!!!!!!!CAN SOME ONE HELP ME THOUGH???=( WELL IM GOING TO START PRACTICING FOR A SWEET 16 AND I WAS WONDERING IF THERE IS ANY WAY POSSIBLE TO LOSE 10 TO 25LBS BY JULY 22ND CUZ I DON WANT THE PERSON IM DANCING WITH WANT TO BE WITH MY LIL CUZIN INSTEAD IF ME...OH AND IS IT OK TO EAT 4 TIMES BECUZ I DIDNT EAT LUNCH OR DINNER ON SUNDAY AND NO LUNCH MONDAY BUT EAT HEALTHY???

10lbs will be pushing it, I dont think its very practical to try for 25lbs in such a short time. Try walking or jogging 2miles a day (8laps around the track) and cutting back on what u eat and how much. Also give up sodas and drink plenty of water. You should at least lose enough inches to feel great. =)
