i really want to lose weight, or at least i think i do... i dont ever stick to a diet, so i must not want it that bad, but i cry all the time... im the biggest person in my family... and my mom, dad, and older sister are always on my back to lose weight... they're all telling me to be like my YOUNGER sister!!! se lost weight and now everyone idolizes her...i set huge goals for myself, and never go through with them, and whats worse my skin is covered in stretch marks, so even if i lose the weight i want to i'll always have a reminder of how big i was, im crying right now...

Some strech marks do fade and go away. Also set small goals like the post before said. =) its easier. Goodluck!!

don't set big goals unless you know for sure that you will be able to see them through. start with setting small goals that can definitely be accomplished right now. for example, lose 5 pounds every 2 or 3 weeks, or per month, if you want. do that instead of saying, i'll lose 20 by the end of the summer. it's harder with the big goal because if you don't make it, then you feel like you've let yourself down.
