yesterday i ate 1 banana, 1 glass of juice and 1 glass of water for breakfast.for lunch i had glass of milk, cooked spinach, 1 slice of cornbread. for dinner i had 1 cup of rice, 1/2 cup of ground beef. i ate carrots and brocolli for a snack after dinner and i had a banana for a snack during the day. i did 220 sit ups and 50 push ups. what do you think

yeah yesterday was good but today (7/6/05) i started out good and ended up messing up big time
