Ht. 5'1, Wt. 148 - aaah, who else here loves the feeling after a good work out? the blood is like pumping through my legs... it feels so good... well anyways, if any of you have full thighs like i do and you have the problem of your legs rubbing together and creating a rash in which it hurts to walk or run, get wind pants. Like those silky material pants. They keep your legs cool because they are silky-ish and they slip right past each other, so you can walk longer without having to stop because of that rash in between your legs. Its sooo convenient. I just jogged 3.86 miles and i definitely feel an improvement! i could never pace myself like this before.... good luck everyone!

Yeah, I totally get that feeling too! I have the same "thigh" problem and wearing yoga pants (the stretchy ones that are the length og capris) are sooo comfortable.
