so you need to lose 70 pounds by sep well I think you can do it I mean its ganna take a butt load of work but you can do stick to your plan u got and with work and a whole lot of cheers from people from this site and a lot of determination you could probly capture the world just know that you can do it and dont let no retardo tell you that it impossible BELIVE well thats my motivational speech for the day hatter out

what do you do for excersize and eating right now? if its nothing and you eat whatever you want you know how to change some of that but here are a few tips i have picked up along the way.... i have been close to two hundred pounds myself a while ago... but i changed that! and now im 129 and heading for my goal!
1. figure out an excersize that you like doing and if you dont know one try them all and give anything a shot
2. force yourself to do crunches and pushups whether you are capable of doing them right away or not just work up to it and try every day!
3. after every day have a recount of what you ate and think to your self what needs changing and how to change it
4. always make sure you do a little something each day i know many doctors will say takign a break day is good but most of the time they arent because they throw you off track
5. always have something planned to do ..it reduces the risks of binging
6. set alot of attainable goals whether they are weight related or not this helps as long as you set ones that are reachable because it proves to yourself you can accomplish things ...
well i probably have more but none i can think of right away but when i do ill post them

ok, calm down... i kno what you're going through- overweight at the beginning of the teen years- there is no way to lose 70lbs. before school starts. What u need to do is maintain your diet, and start exercising. You dont need to start dieting and exercising during the summer- start now, and go throught the rest of the year with diet and exercise- and when i say diet- i dont mean to stop eating the good stuff, just eat smaller portions and no seconds- in over 2 weeks, you will notice u rnt hungry anymore- i hope i helped

I no a lot of people are gonna tell you you cant lose that weight in so little time..and you probably cant.(its unhealthy, im not saying your unable to lol) but you will probably lose more tahn 3 lbs a week at first if you really tried. just get out and excersice, eat lots of veggies, drink lots of water. good lick!
