Hey i was just wondering if it's normal to gain a couple pounds when you first start dieting and such?? because i gained 1 lbs and i've been exercising for 1 week and i just started counting calories and such today??

Reply from helen, Age 15 - 07/07/05 - IP#: 68.158.35.xxx yes it is....because you may be gaining muscle or your body maybe just shocked that you are dieting and is trying to hold everything but it will get over that! just keep doing what you are and if you dont see any significant changes whether it is weight wise or inches wise try and rethink the diet or just change it up every day
