Reply from helen, Age 15 - 07/07/05 - IP#: 68.158.35.xxx hm...i always thought fresca had calories in it...but maybe im wrong another helpfull tip is to just minimize the opportunity of drinking it like if you are at school and there are vending machines there that have your favorite soda just dont bring money to school and the same if you go to the store and if you just drink water every time you crave it, you wil find out you dont crave the soda any more...
