So I was just wondering. Has anybody ever lost weight by eating correctly, excersising, running? I was just wondering. B/c that's the way I'm gunna try to lose weight and if it doesn't work than I want to try something else instead of wasting my time and not going to see results.

In 3 months I've lost 22 pounds by eating 1200 calories and excericing everyday. Also, I only drank water.

thanks for your advice i kno how u feel i also have a pool at my house n i love to swim but i hate to wear a bathing suit even ariund my familt i jus dun like the way i look but i really like your advice thanks

The ONLY way to lose weight is by eating healthy and exercising. What "other way" is there to try? Anything else (like fad diets) is bad for your metabolism and your health.

it will work.. most people just don't stick with a routine like that to see results. losing weight healthily takes time.. so if you don't see results right away just keep with it and you'll start seeing your body change.
