HI MY NAME IS BREANN IM 14 AND NEW TO THE WEB SITE AND I WAS WONDERING IF ANY OF YOU KNOW SOMEKIND OF DIET PLANS OR EXERCISES.I REALLY DESPERATE IVE TRYED ALMOST EVERYTHING BUT I JUST CANT LOSE THE WEIGHT.THANKS I'D REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!THAX A BUNCH!!

the best thing to do is probably count calories. Stay between 1100 and 1400 per day, and excercise at least an hour a day. Weight-Watchers also offers a great plan.
