Ht. 5'7, Wt. 160ish - brek: kashi bar, 1/2 cup blueberries, green tea snack : water lunch: healthy choice frozen lunch , diet pepsi, carrot sticks and broccoli..snack: kashi snack bar, green tea then later water dinner: mini wheat bagel with an egg and 1 slice of cheese, carrots and milk...ikll probably have a little bit of low fat ice cream later..so howd i do??
