Ht. 5'3, Wt. 159.5 - hi erm i know that water is meant to help you in ur diet,i know hat it fills you up and therefore you dont eat as much fatty food but somene told me that it affects ur fat cells and makes it easier to lose fat, is this right?

Also I think water helps "clean you out" if you get my flow, which could also help you loose weight. The bottom line is that water is good for you and deffinetly a lot better then soda, even diet soda.
