Ht. 5'7, Wt. 160ish - quick question- does green tea supplements work just as well as green tea for weight loss? im not sure, im gonna try the supplements, sicne i can barely choke down the tea even though i really try..

i take green tea supplements..... they seem to work just as well.

green tea supplements are so powerful that they promote the growth of tumors. I would either drink the real thing or skip the pills.

for me they work just as well.. and I find them better b/c drinking the tea everyday (unless u really like it) gets old. =)
