Ht. 5"8, Wt. 147 - Has anyone tried the cereal diet (if you know what that is) in England its called the special k drop a jeans size challenge. If you have tried it, does it work???? And would you recommed it?
Reply from Beth, Age 17 - 07/08/05 - IP#: 68.193.73.xxx Carbs aren't bad for you if you use them for energy and prevent them from turning to fat. If you plan to go on the cereal diet, be active for at least 45 minutes a day for best results.
Reply from Orcy, Age 14 - 07/08/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx I havent tried it,but its 6 lbs. in 2 weeks, which is realistic. but seriously, who wants to eat cereal twice a day?? it says results arent typical..and plus special k isnt whole wheat, its refined carbs and stuff..so actually it isnt techinically good for you..
