hey im leaving for a sleepaway camp that lasts for 3 weeks and im leaving for it in a week, is there a pretty fast way to lose 1 to two pounds by then? im thinking a little weight gone is better than none. ive been counting cals for about a week, im not letting myself go past 1200. i get moderate excercise and drink tons of water, but the fat still clings on! can someone tell me how good the green tea supplements work and a good brand name for them? and also any other general tips?

What your doing seems fine to lose 1 or 2 lbs. and I think drinking green tea is better than supplements but supplements are still ok i think. i personally drink the tea, so i cant tell you the brands.
