Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - ughhhhh im going to restart over tomorrow and do better and exercise more and eat better and stay off the computer all dayyyyy.. ughh loosein weight is so hopeless for me grrr.

thats good..start everyday as a new day and not based on yesterday..lol..thats what worked for me.
