Ht. 5'4, Wt. 286.6 - Well i have started walking with my neighbor and her friend for a week, everyday, and a little over a mile. I have lost a little bit more than 5 lbs. I'm soo excited. but the only thing is i snack at night, and not so good snacking either. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me stop snacking? Thanx Everyone!

the post before was right... fruit.. veggies.. drink lots of water.. Oh and chewing gum helps some people not snack. Goodluck =)

you can have a little treat at night, maybe like low fat ice cream or skinny cow ice cream sandwiches are something. after that, try to drink water or even just eat fruit if you feel like yo9u need to eat something
