Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 143 - hey i lost 2 lbs!!!!but i havent excrersised at all cuz i cant cuz i got jaked up frm taken a big fall off my skateboard!:(......but i been eating good!do u think its just water weight loss or what?cuz how can i lose weight if i didnt exercise thank you
