Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 149 - I was thinking, if I ate fruit salad and salad every day for dinner with a bottel of water, how much weight do you think i'll lose? I don't really eat lunch or breakfast cause i'm never hungry during the day, but I'm also planning on swimming 2 hours a day, and doing 300 pushups/crunches a day. Is this a good plan?

you need to eat brek. andl unch, even if its just a small meal. if you go below 1000 calories, youll gain weight because it will be impossible to burn anything you eat off. it will automatically be stored as fat because your body goes into starvation mode
