Ht. 5'4", Wt. 210 - How many calories does the average person burn a day just being alive? Like if they were to stay in bed all day? I don't, but I'm just trying to figure out about how many calories I need to eat a day, along with how much I need to workout. Thanks, Mac

depends how much you weight, but for most teenage girls its between 2000 and 2500
