Ht. 5' 2", Wt. 135 - omg, i was hoping that i would work out all summer, but i just started today...ooooppssss....o well thats the past, today i ran about a mile and i did 100 crunches and 50 push ups... but my eating is the problem; does anybody have good ideas for like breakfast and lunch that are easy

For breakfast have a small bowl of Total and pour low-fat milk on it.And have a glass of water.For lunch have a home made salad and a glass of water.For dinner have a piece of meat because when you have meat it fills you up and it sends the message to your brain that you are full.Trust me I lost 15 doing that every few days.And it only took about a month.
