Ht. 5, Wt. 4 - oky, if everyday i run, do pilates, work out on this machine that works your butt and theighs out, and do dance arobics and everyday have between 900-1500 calories do you think i would be able to lose 4 pounds a week? Is this healthy? I have been on this diet and the running 4 like 2 weeks but i only have 5 more weeks to go till school and havet done baarely nthing.Its crunch time Babe! 4 lbs . a week is reasonably healthy, but aiming for 3 lbs. would be better. sounds like you could do it, but you dont want to over excersice yourself. it you do to much youll get tired and just give up
