HEY YALL...WELL DO YOU THINK ITS GOOD IF I EXERCISE FOR 3 HOURS (INCLUDING RUNNING), EATING ONLY 1200 CALORIES, AND DRINKING ALOT OF WATER?SOMEONE TOLD ME TO DO THAT 6 DAYS A WEEK AND SHE ALREADY LOST 20 POUNDS.DOES IT SOUND GOOD?

thats so right! it will work BUT make the exercise only 1 hours because that way it wont become a bad part of ur day, just a regular part of ur day. ohh and i'm certian u will lose a lot of weight that way!!!

the exerise sounds like to much to do everyday..instead of 3 hours...i think 1 hour of hard-core workout sessions 6 days a week is more bang for your buck...in my opion
