justine....you said that i should drink ONLY water for 6 days? what about the nutrients im not getting and carbs for energy and stuff?
everyone else: can i get some tips on losing a pound in 6 days?

yes, i meant to only drink water and not juice or soda or anything else. Still eat food. Healthy food though...sorry for the confusion

hey.. well u should eat a 3 big healthy meals, with in between snacks, and make the snacks fruit, eat 200-400 calories for breakfast, for lunch 500-600 calories, have a fruit as a snack, dinner 700 calories have 2 fruits, drink water and maybe for a little exercise just do 20 jumping jacks and 20 push ups a day, just a little is enough cause ur eatting healthy.good luck!!

I think she meant that drinking only water and not like juice or coke..she didn't mean no food. Just eat a ton of fruits and veggies (eat at least 6-9 a day) and by the time you get all of those in, you will probably be really full, but if you arn't, make sure you are not starving yourself and eat something with wheat in it or something that is whole grain.
