Ht. 5'4', Wt. 151 - Is there anyway I can lose weight with out tellen anyone ? like with out comeing up to my mom and saing can we go to the store and buy friuts and stuff? cause she will ask why cause I don't eat stuff like that alot. and then she will get mad and say "You don't need to lose weight " cause have no support from anyone.

you could go with a friend that can drive or another adult u trust or a neighbor or something and keep the stuff in ur room lol
