Ht. 5'4', Wt. 151 - I have another problem I don't get up till like 11:30 what do I eat for 'Breakfast'?

(that's how late i stay up when i wake up at 11:30). wake up and eat breakfast.. then eat your "lunch" at around 4.then you're dinner at 8 or 9. that way your metabolism is still up there. i find that when people say don't eat after 8 or after 7. and i don't eat until 11:30 the next morning.. that's a long time and your body is hungry so it slows your metabolism.

Reply from Orcy, Age 14 - 07/12/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx well you could have a normal brekfast, eat lunch at like 2 or 2:30 and eat dinenr around 6..or you could just have a small snack like a peice of fruit for 'brekfast' and then have a regualr lunch at 1ish
