okay.. breakfast-0, lunch- hot pocket, and weight loss shake (together equals 580 calories)... am i doing good for beginning a diet?? and also i dont ALWAYS eat breakfast but i do eat a little one sometimes if i get up early, and i still lost weight like that, well n.e ways please w.b... !!!

yeah thats good, but if your gonna eat brekfast, have a lunch with like 400 calories instead of 600..but thats fine sicne you didnt have brek today
