Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160ish - ok i no i didnt have nearly enough calories today..but its only one day so i think its fine..anyway its only 4 clock and i have to eat dinner now..lol so..
B: Kashi bar (130 calories)
L: Lean Pocket and broccoli (300 cals)
S:100 cal pack (100 cals)
D: egg and cheese sandwich on a mini wheat bagel (290 cals)
uhh oh..thats only like 820 calories..
but when i get back tonight at like 10ish ill eat something to bring it up to like 1000..
excersice: burned 130 cals on treadmill (to hot out!! lol) and played tennis for a bit

I LOVE TENNIS!!!! I PLAYED DRING THE SCHOOL YEAR BUT NOW I DON'T HAVE A COURT TO PLAY ON AND ANYONE TO PLAY WITH!!!!!!!SAD
