Ht. 5'7, Wt. 170 - just wonderinf if i should start eating more
all i had today was...
a 30-calorie ice pop
a piece of toast wit little butter
and some chicken fritters(5 are 130 calories)
so i had about 250 calories today so far and i doubt im gunna eat anything else...i know it seems like im not eating that much but im not that hungry...is this healthy?

I agree with laura thats not healthy and you know it and what we're saying isn't supposed to be mean. just eat MORE foor and eat more healthy.

you know what........i have nothing to say to that.....u know thats unhealthy!! and let me be the first to say that only eating 250 calories will make u even fatter cause ur body is storing the food as fat bacuase it thinks ur starving urslef....UMM WHICH U ARE!! Eat 1200 calories and u will lose quicker that way then only eating 250...i lost 17 pounds by doing that and it only took me 2 months!

it's not good because your body needs food for energy and nutrients. your depriving your body of what it needs if you don't eat healthily. you could eat one donut for breakfast and lunch and have it be 500 calories or eat healthy food for breakfast and lunch and have it be 600 calories but you'd still be doing better with the healthy food becuase you're giving your body what it needs.. so it'll work better. plus.. if you eat less than a certain amount of calories for your body.. it'll slow your metabolism.
