Ht. 5', Wt. 140 - okay i woke up at like 8:50 (bc i have an ortho appointment). before i left i cut up a banana and some strawberries and put it in a bowl and had like a little fruit salad then a had half of strawberry bannana yoplait yogurt. i couldnt eat it all bc im never hungry in the morning but they say u should eat breakfast so i like shoved it down my throat. then i got home at 9:57 and went to bed and didn't wake up till like 2 or 3 then i took a shower and had sliced tomatoes with salad dressing on them and i had a glass of apple juice. then for dinner im going to have a smart one. did i do good? also im just wondering how do i get rid of that chub under my chin? bc ppl who r bigger then me dont have it (not to affend anyone) and so im guessing its not a eating bad foods thing?

well since u are a growing teen u r supposed to be eating between 1800-2200 calories a day of healthy food. that is with about 30 minutes of exercise each day. when u starve urself to lose weight u just mess up ur metabolism and when u lose the weight and go back to eating normal food u will gain everything back. trust me, u need to lose the weight healthily! plus u get to eat more food...yummy!

sorry i dont know how to get rid of chub but i did hear that you cant get rid of it from exercise, u have to lose enough weight off ur body that ur chin goes with it. BUT with ur eating, ur doing FANTASTIC!!! seriously! just make sure ur eating between 1200-1300 no more and no less....keep it up!
