Ht. 5,3, Wt. 197 - 2 day 4 lunce, I went 2 wendys and had the 3 chicken strips and some fries. I did very bad 4 lucnh, but 2 night i'm going to make up for it. I made smoothies this moring and I froze them, so tonight, i'm going 2 let them thaw, and then I will eat an apples.
