I just started a new diet today. The bad thing is I'm really hooked on a book, but I did go on a 20 minute bike ride today. Here's what I've eaten so far. Breakfast: Light Yoghurt (100 cals), 1/2 of a banana (55 cals), and a cup of milk (150 cals). Lunch: Bowl of spaghetti O's (200 cals), peach (100 cals), cup of milk (180 cals). Snack: 14 reduced fat cheese-its (65 calories) so that's 850 calories so far for today. I plan on having a small dinner that will make my daily total about 1,200-1,300 calories. After dinner I will do my thigh work-out. How does this sound??? Is this a good diet day for me? Please let me know and give any tips. Thanks. ^_^

That sounds GREAT! I've been doing that for 2.5 months and i've lost 17 pounds! i eat 1200 calories-1300 calories a day, thats all i did..NO EXERCISE BUT exercise will speed up the prosess! GOOD LUCK!
