HI MY NAME IS BREANN IM 14 AND NEW TO THE WEB SITE AND I WAS WONDERING IF ANY OF YOU KNOW SOMEKIND OF DIET PLANS OR EXERCISES.I REALLY DESPERATE IVE TRYED ALMOST EVERYTHING BUT I JUST CANT LOSE THE WEIGHT.THANKS I'D REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!THAX A BUNCH!!

i just started my diet, but my friend had good results with it!! its pretty simple, just run maybe 2 miles at least five days a week, do around 50-100 situps a day, try not to snack very often, (but you can let go every once in a while) and eat smaller portions at meal times!!!
