i ate around 1,400 calories today... and i just started counting my calories yesterday.. anyways do u think its a good idea to cut back like 200-300 calories tomorrow and then the next eat a little more then ill start getting used to eatting less calz, cause im a big eater, so i was trying to eat a little as posible today then tomorrow then the next day it will get easier, ill get more used to eatting few calz, well thanxx a bunchhyy!! lol good luck every1 and U CAN DO IT!! lol byeeZZ!!

yeah that sounds good. make sure you dont go below 1200 calories though

everyday you should cut back 100 or 200 cals for like 2 weeks and see how that goes but remember eat healthy or this won't work!! good luck

Depending on how many calories you ate before you started cutting cals, you may be cutting too many. but if you don't think you are, i would stay at 1400 because you will probably be exercising as well, right? you need so many calories to stay alive, don't overdo it.
