Ht. 5'2, Wt. 195 - ok i finnaly found a method of motivation, i wanna loose 60lbs, so i set up 4 15 lb goals that are 58 days apart, starting tommoro, the first goal is september 9th, the second is november 6th the third is january3rd and the 4th is march 2nd, and my motivation factor is that me and my mom are competing, but not in a mean way in a fun way, to see who does better, wen i get to march 2nd and i still wanna loose acouple lbs depending on how i look i will... well wish me luck ps. i didnt start weightwatchers today :(.. but its because my mom didnt feel like drivin home and then commin back in a hour in a half for da meetin, but im goin tommoro night.. u guys are great help
