Ht. 5'3?, Wt. 130? - Hey guys, Today i did bad, Breakfast:2 scrambled eggs and 2 wheat breads with sum butter,Lunch:1 hotdog with a few chips, Some small sliced Chicken and corn

Not really some are good for you the more expensive the better unfortunally I'm not a big hot dog fan but my dad and brother are. One time we got buffalo hot dogs and the nutriton was unreal only 35 calories for one!! and like 7grams of protien!! I forget the fat but for eight tiny ones you had to pay 5 bucks but it was a wonderful and very light dinner.
