Ht. 5.2, Wt. 200 - hi, um... well, recently me and my twin and lil sis got weighed, according to it, im 200 pounds, my twin 119, and my 10 yr old sis 450. me and my twin are trying really hard to lose weight but in the end, it lasts for about a daya adn en the next we end up coming home and eating loads of sweets and crisps, we dont want to involve our parents, basically, but we need help from anyone who is willing.
Reply from Orcy, Age 14 - 07/13/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx ok, well you should eat bigger meals with less calories. make sure you stay full so you dont binge later. look up the volumetrics diet online. it seems to really make sense!! its all about keeping you full and eating A LOT of food with little calories. look it up, and gfood luck to you!

You would see more results if you did for instance 3 sets of 20 crunches every other day! b/c you have to give your muscles time to heal (i guess thats the word lol) but really doing all those sit ups would just make you tired and be a waste of time and the only way to lose body fat is to do cardio activites b/c i you only do toning activities it mite make you look skinnier b/c the muscles would just be more compact but you wouldn't lose fat... oh and as for counting calories don't let them go under 1800 either i agree on the not go over 2300 cals b/c anymore would be just a lil to much lol... well hope i helped!

JUST TELL YOUR TWIN...WHO IS AVERAGE WEIGHT TO NOT LOSE WEIGHT BECAUSE SHE DOESNT HAVE TO AND FOR HER TO HELP YOUR LITTLE SISTER AND YOU.SHE BE LIKE A PERSONAL TRAINER.DONT FORGET TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND JUST KEEP IMAGINING HOW YOUR GONNA LOOK IF YOU LOSE WEIGHT.COUNT CALORIES AND DO 20 SITUPS EVERY HOUR AND FOR1 HOUR STRAIGHT JUST EXERCISE.THEN GET WATER.HOPE I HELPED!
Reply from dena, Age 14 - 07/13/05 - IP#: 64.12.116.xxx ur 10 yr. old sis is 450 lbs??? well honestly, shes in serious health issues, worry about ur little sister right now mostly, as for ur twin who is 120, shes not fat, shes just average and you could lose weight if u try, count all ur calories dont exceed 2,300 everyday, drink water ((if u can)) and get exercise.
