Ht. 5'5, Wt. 205 - HEY YOU GUYS.WELL I NEED MAJOR HELP...I WANT TO KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY EXERCISES I SHOULD DO TO LOSE ALOT OF BELLY FAT AND ANY CERTAIN FOODS I SHOULD EAT.I NEED THIS BAD.PLEASE HELP AND IF ANYONE CAN TELL ME HOW TOLOSE 3 TO 5 INCHES OF BELLY FAT QUICK...THAT WOULD BE A BIG HELP.THANX

Well, the only way to lose fat is to do cardio activities! I know that Running is a good cardio but if you have weak or senstive knees don't do it! Please PLEASE PLEASE try to keep your calories at atleast 1800, b/c as a growing teen we need them! Just cut out all unhealthy snacks and try to keep exercising always always do weight training before Cardio! hope i didn't confuse you!!!
