Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160ish - hey guys.well i know katrina is supposed to be the first one to post..but i wont be able to do it later so i hope its ok i start.
anyway brek: kashi bar and 1 tbs. of Peanut butter (250 cals)
lunch: toast with tuna, broccoli (200 cals)
snack: pria bar (110 cals)
dinner: turkey sandwich and baked chips (about 400 cals)
and for dessert tonight ill have sugar free jello or something
for excirsice i played tennis for an hour and did a strenght training workout..also im prob. gonna end up running around and playing tag and stuff tonihght
