Ht. 5'10, Wt. 230 - ok, major question- ok, i dont eat that much now compared to 4 months ago- today all i had was cereal, some spagetti, and some soup. snacks included peaches and like half container of pudding. me and my friends went to the mall, and walked, then we got home, went walking for like 15mins to go to the park and went on the swings- am i doing ok?? i think i should put more exercise into my days, but exercise tapes get boring over time. what should i do??

your doing ok. but you should get a little more excersice. just find something you like

There are tons of cardio activities.. Jumping Rope is good.. along with running, rollerblading, be creative... and if i were you i suggest eating more b/c being a teen, you need at least 1800 calories...
