Did well today! B: oatmeal and coffee. L: grilled chicken pasta S: cheesestrings D: Slimfast bar. Exercise: 2 hours dancing. I needed to do well today because I screwed up sooo badly yesterday. Yesterday I had 3 huge meals, then binged on cheesecake and a whole BRAND NEW BOX of crackers. Finished it all. GRRR. ^.^ Karine ^.^

Reply from Orcy, Age 14 - 07/15/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx ekk well i did bad brek: 3 pancakes with syrup lunch: turkey sandwich on wheat bread, baked chips, pepsi snack:banana bread dinner: turkey burger with cheese, macaroni and pasta salad , some chips and a smore i walked like 3 miles though, but i still did soo bad..ughh..woops/
