Ht. 5'7", Wt. 162 - OK, so i want to excersice a lot to day. so far i did 1 part of a strength training workout (im sore from doing it to days ago, which made it really hard..oops, i prob. shouldnt have gave up..but it was like 30 min.) then i did a 30 min dance workout tape. im gonna swim laps in the pool and probably play tennis or something for a while. does this sound good?

it sounds to me that ur on the track to success....just don't forget to watch ur eating habits if u havn't started already...u need to eat healthy and exercise in order to see progress. keep up the good work
