if you think thats alot try being 300 pounds overweight. if i can loose that much anyone can.it takes alot of hardwork and beleive me not eating the foods you normally eat can be one of the most difficult things you will ever do.try finding the foods you like and looking up healthier versions of them on the internet.and try walking a few miles every day it will be hard walking at first go at your own pace,and remember it takes time.

Dear Lucy,
Try Keeping Track of What you Eat. It Helps. Try Keeping A Food & Workout Journal. That Means Every Time You Eat Some thing you right it down in a notebook. (ex.)12:15 pm 1 apple, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and a glass of milk. You Should Also Keep track of workouts you might do. (ex.) 1:00 pm- 2:00pm went on a bike ride. Hello Lucy. I kindof know what you are talking about I am about 15 pounds overwieght. I am 12 5 Foot 1 and 150 pounds. I try to exerise everyday at my own pace! I also bought: Tae Bo Basic, Advance, and Kick Boxing to help myself have more fun with exercising. Also I suggest you stop eating so much in one sitting. When You have a sandwhich with chips and a soda drop the chips and make the soda a water or even a nice healthy juice like Apple Juice. Also, Try weight training I know it is hard at first but start out with 3 pounds then gain to 5 pounds then 8. SOon You will have nice musclular arms and legs for a girl. Try Getting Cardio, Streghth Training, and Lower Body training tapes. I use Tae Bo and Kathy Smith Lower Body And Streght training. They Reall Help! Good Luck!
