Ht. 5'2, Wt. 143 - hi
i need to lose 15 pounds in about 1 1/2 or 2 months...if anyone could give me tips that would be great...and some thigh and butt exercises would help a lot.

That's a good goal try exercise such as walking, running, or riding a bike and eat less candy.

eat about 1500 calories and excersice.

Squats and Lunges are good... running is really good for the legs... oh and the seventeen magazine workouts are good (the thigh and butt ones!) It does take more than 2 weeks tho... obvisouly
