Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - im wearing these caprees or however you spell them, and they fit they are just a little tight i wanna loose some weight so i can fit into them better along with the three shirts i want to fit into!

If i jump up on this rubber mat for a while will it make me loose weight if i do it for like 15 minutes every once in a while or day or so its more fun then the trampoline :D
