Reply from Orcy, Age 14 - 07/18/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx eat lots of veggies, no soda (just water and milk) only drink juice occasionally (lots of sugar) get rid of refined carbs (white bread --> eat wheat instead) cut down on your portions, eat about 1500 calories a day, and burn off like 300-500 calories 5 days a week.
